Product Availability

All of our jewelry is custom-designed and manufactured in our Arvada, CO office/studio. Because the art is made locally, there may be a one-week delay before the piece can be shipped. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at lovethemarts@aol.com

At LoveThemArts, LLC we make every effort to ensure that our online listings are as accurate and complete as possible. In order to allow you to view our pieces in full detail, some pieces may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, size may vary slightly.

Our website changes regularly and access to this site is permitted temporarily. We aim to update our site regularly and may change the content at any time, including the product details and pricing without notice. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your Internet connection are aware of these terms and that they comply with them.

Ordering Goods Online

You warrant to us that all information that you are required to provide when ordering Goods online is accurate and complete in all respects at the time of the order and that this information relates to you/the person placing the order and not to any third party.

When an order is made online, the order confirmation issued by the company clearing the credit/debit card payment does not constitute acceptance of your order by us. We reserve the right to check any discrepancies and an order will only be confirmed when it is verified by us.

Any error in any ordering process due to technical or other reasons beyond our control entitles us not to treat the order as being binding on us.

All published prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Delivery

You must notify us promptly and in any event within 48 hours of receipt of any Goods if they appear to be damaged in transit. In those circumstances, you must also keep all packaging as this may be required when making a claim.
